Facility
What the factory is set up to do
The plant is organised around pod assembly and filling, with the device side handled as a hosted platform rather than a separate production line.

Production capacity, line count and headcount are not listed here. Those numbers are confirmed directly with buyers during qualification so they reflect the current state of the floor rather than a stale brochure figure.
Quality control
Four gates, not one final check
A leak found at filling is cheap. A leak found in a container in Rotterdam is not. The gates are placed where rework is still possible.
GATE 01
Incoming material
Incoming inspection on pods, wick, coil, sealing components and packaging against the agreed specification.
GATE 02
Assembly & seal
In-process checks on seal integrity and fitment during assembly, before filling.
GATE 03
Filling & flavour
Fill volume and flavour consistency verified per batch against the approved sample.
GATE 04
Outgoing & traceability
Final inspection, batch records and traceability pack prepared for shipment.

We support third-party inspection on request. If your market requires an independent laboratory report, raise it before production starts — reports obtained after a batch has shipped cannot fix a specification problem, only document it.
